The GSC’s organising committee includes the founders of FSI who are former India international players & are currently involved with India’s national teams in various capacities.
The organising committee also includes heads & managers with more than 6 years of experience in organising & managing Indian teams on tours to more than one dozen annual youth tournaments in several European countries, which is the football hub of the world.
With the combined experience of these committee members, the GSC has been designed to provide a safe, healthy, India-centric environment for budding Indian players to play in a high-quality youth tournament.
Regular rules of AIFF competition. The rules in details will be published soon. Matches will be officiated by professional referees attached with the Goa Football Association.

9 May 2019 - Arrival Day, Welcome, Registration & Coaches Meeting
10 May 2019 - Group Matches(in two sessions)
11 May 2019 - Group Matches, Knockout Rounds, Coaches Conclave
12 May 2019 - Semis, Finals, Prize DIstribution
13 May 2019 - Breakfast & Departure

Matches will be held in the morning session (0700 hrs – 1000 hrs) & the late afternoon session (1500 hrs – 1800 hrs)

Venue

The tournament is played on 10 pitches, including FIFA U17 World Cup practice pitches, across several grounds in South Goa close to the main town of Margao (~30 kms). The area is also less than 40kms away from Goa's main airport (Dabolim Airport).

Goa Super Cup Fixtures & Groupings

Structure: The GSC will be held in four age-categories,
Boys: U11, U13, U15 & U17
Girls: U13 & U15
Limited spots are available.
*U11 - Born in 2008; U13 - Born in 2006; U15 - Born in 2004; U17 - Born in 2002

Match format for different age-groups:
Boys U11, U13; GIRLS U13 & U15
7 v 7 (7 players + 4 substitutes; 1 coach) 15 minutes halves; 3 minutes half-time

Boys U15 & U17
11 v 11 (11 players + 4 substitutes; 1 coach) 25 minutes halves; 5 minutes half-time)

Minimum 3 First Round matches. Group stages will be followed by knockouts and finals. First and Second Placed teams in groups will be presented with mementos.
Top-two teams from each group will qualify for the knockout stages:
i.e. semi-final –> final.
(schedule can change as per number of teams &/or as per the decision of the organising committee)

No of Nights: 4 N / 5 D
Room Sharing basis: Quad Occupancy
*Triple, double & single occupancy carry separate rates.

Teams will be accommodated in standard resort-category hotels. The names, address, contact details will be provided on registration.

Breakfast, lunch & dinner will be provided to each team member. All meals will be in buffet style & include multiple vegetarian & non-vegetarian options.

Local Travel:
Teams will be provided bus pick-up from Margao train station, Margao bus station &/or Dabolim Airport on the stated date of arrival & dropped to their allotted hotel. On the stated date of departure, teams will be picked from their hotel & dropped to the above three options, as decided. GSC volunteers will be present to guide & accompany the teams.

Pickup and Drop Facility will be provided between hotels and match venues where required.

For team registration: Rs.10,000/- + GST

Inclusions in the package:
* One playing kit (jersey, shorts, stockings)
* Football matches on natural surfaces with professional referees
* Two GSC officials on every ground
* Water on the grounds
* Ambulance available on call during matches
* Participation certificate for all players, special certificates & medals for each member of the CHAMPION; RUNNER-UP teams, prizes for best players in each category
* One coach/manager/ free with each team when sharing the same room.

Other Details

*Hotels will be requested to ensure the food is prepared to the requirements of young athletes in the given weather conditions. Any additional meal requirements for any team will have to be discussed with the hotels separately – teams must inform GSC organisers in advance. GSC volunteers will be present at all times in the hotels.

*The first meal will be the Lunch on the arrival day & the last meal will be the Breakfast on departure day.

*Check in & check out timings will be as per hotels’ rules & all teams will have to adhere to the same.

*The above accommodation & transfers arrangements are included in the package only for the teams & the coach/manager. Not more than one coach/manager can travel with one team. Other travelling supporters of teams like parents, relations, friends, etc. will have to make their own arrangements for the above.
